摘要： 采用两步法合成松节油聚氨酯丙烯酸酯(TPUA)。用 FT-IR和 DMA对产品进行表征和测试，考察了紫 外光固化涂料固化涂膜的柔韧性、铅笔硬度、耐水性、耐化学腐蚀性、附着力等性能。结果表明，松节油聚氨酯丙烯酸 酯固化涂膜性能良好，能够达到使用要求。

Abstract: The title UV-curable Turpentine polyurethane acrylate(TPUA) was synthesized by two step process.The product was characterize by IR and DMA.The coatings film properties of TPUA，such as flexi- lity，pencil hardnes，waterprofnes，chemical resistance and adhesion were examed.The results show that the properties of UV cured TPUA coatings film were satisfied，which could meet the requirement of end used.
