摘要: 制备了一种以环氧树脂为羟基组分,聚醚聚氨酯弹性预聚物为固化剂的弹性地坪涂料,该涂料既有环氧树脂的强粘结力、高耐腐蚀性,又具有弹性聚氨酯优异的耐磨、耐冲击、高强度等特性。主要讨论了多元醇用量、环氧树脂品种、n(—NCO)∶n(—OH)物质的量比以及干燥时间等对涂层抗拉强度、断裂伸长率等性能的影响。

Abstract: The title elastic floor coatings were prepared with epoxy resin as hydroxyl component and polyether polyurethane elastic prepolymer as curing agent. The coatings shows excellent adhesion and corrosion resistance of epoxy resin, as well as excellent wear resistance, impact resistance and high strength of elastic polyurethane. The effects of the main factors such as amounts of polyols, varieties of epoxy resin, n(-NCO): n(-OH) and drying time of the coatings on the performance of the tensile strength and breaking elongation of coating were discussed.
