摘要： 报道了由德国赢创德固赛集团最新开发并推出的Dynasylan-SIVO溶胶凝胶技术。其是一种水性、模块化、高温固化的硅烷金属防腐保护技术，主要应用于金属预处理和金属表面处理。产品系列由4种组分组成，通过组分间的搭配使用能够提供很好的防腐蚀性能，疏水疏油的“易清洁”/“抗指痕”效果，并大大提高耐候性。产品符合欧洲无有害物质释放标准(RoHS)，在无铬钝化方面有很好的市场应用前景。

Abstract: Dynasylan-SIVO technology is a waterborne modular，thermal croslinking silane system， providing metal substrates with high corosion protection，which is mainly used for pretreatment of metals. By the flexible combination of the 4 components，it can also realize“easy to clean”and“anti-fingerprint”efects，
as well as improvement of weather resistance of the coatings.This environmentaly friendly water-borne and organic-inorganic hybrid coating system conforms to European“RoHS”Directire and is consid-ered to be one of the most promising alternatives in the chromate-free pasivation market.
