降低 TDI-TMP固化剂中游离 TDI含量的研究

摘要: 以甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)、三羟甲基丙烷(TMP)为原料,采用金属离子催化聚合法合成了低游离TDI含量的聚氨酯固化剂。结果表明:自制的金属离子催化剂A101的催化效果最佳。合成的产品符合国家标准,残留TDI单体的含量小于0.5%。探讨了A101的催化机理,并计算了反应体系的活化能。计算表明:添加A101催化剂能够有效降低反应的活化能。

Abstract: :Low free TDI content polyurethane (PU) croslinker was prepared from TDI and TMP by met- al ion catalyst-polymerization.The results showed that the catalyzer A101 had the best efect among all the catalyzers studied.The free TDI content was below 0.5%,which confirmed to the national standard in Chi-na.The catalytic mechanism was discused and the activity energy of her eactionsy stem was calculated. The calculative results showed that the catalyzer A101 could reduce the activity energy of the reaction system eficiently.
