环境友好耐沾污隔热涂料的研制

摘要: 利用有机硅改性丙烯酸酯乳液和含氟乳液为基料,制备耐沾污、具有热反射和低导热协同作用的隔热涂料。对成膜物质与颜填料进行了筛选,结果表明,当硅丙乳液(KD-9)/含氟乳液(THV340C)的质量比为90∶10进行复配,选用金红石型二氧化钛为颜料,且其体积浓度为25%~35%时,可以获得性能优异的耐沾污隔热涂料。

Abstract: Using silicone modified acrylate emulsion and fluorine-containing emulsion as binder a heat -insulating coatings,which has the multifunction of contamination resistance,heat reflection and low heat conduction,has been developed.The film forming material and pigments and fillers were screened.The re-sult indicates that when the ratio of silicone modified acrylate emulsion (KD-9) and fluorine-containing emulsion (THV340C) is 90/10(m/m),rutile titanium dioxide is used as the pigment,and precipitated cal-cium carbonate as filer and PVC is 25% ~35%,a high performance contamination resistant and heat re- flective coatings can be obtained.
