纳米复合涂层的制备及其腐蚀性能研究

Preparation of Nano Compound Coatings for Precoated Metals and Its Corrosion Resistance Perform ance

摘要: 采用共混法, 通过添加纳米复合材料 AY - 2对传统聚酯卷材涂料进行改性。结果表明: 添加 AY - 2粉体使涂料黏度上升, 并随着纳米粉体添加量的增加而增加; 添加纳米AY- 2粉体可在一定程度上提高涂膜的光泽、耐冲击性和 T 弯; 添加纳米 AY - 2粉体的漆膜耐盐雾性能得到提高, 电化学性能测试结果也与耐盐雾性测试结果一致。

Abstract: In this paper, nanomaterialAY- 2 has beenutilized tomodify the traditional polyester coatings for precoatedmetals.Results show ed that viscosity will be increased by adding nano powder,increased along with addition content.Incorporation of nano AY - 2 can improve the gloss, hardness, impact ability and T- bend of the coatings,as well as its salt spray result.
