纳米 ZnO晶须改善钢结构防火涂料性能研究

Research on Improvment of Performance of Fireproof Coatings for Steel Structure by Use of Modified ZnO Whisker

摘要: 以四角状纳米氧化锌晶须为添加剂来提高钢结构防火涂料的各项性能。研究了偶联剂改性氧化锌晶须的过程, 以及改性晶须对钢结构防火涂料的耐火极限、耐水性能、粘结强度的影响。通过扫描电镜观察了纳米氧化锌晶须在防火涂料中的分散状况。研究表明, 用 05% 的 KH560改性后的氧化锌晶须具有较好的分散性; 与纯钢结构防火涂料相比, 氧化锌晶须添加量为 4% ~ 5% 的钢结构防火涂料的性能有较大的提高, 其耐热极限由96提高到 118, 耐水极限由 28 h提高到 37 h,粘结强度由 045M Pa提高到 112 MPa。

Abstract: The performance of fireproof coatings for steel structures were improved by use of the ZnOwhisker.Themodification process ofZnO whisker by coupling agent and the influence ofZnO whisker on improvemen t of the perform ances of fireproof coatings,such as the lim it of fire resistance, water resistance,the adhesion,have been researched.The dispersing of ZnO whiskerwere observed by SEM.The results show that the ZnO whisker modified with 0.5% KH506 possesses better dispersingperformance than the blank,Incorporation of 4% ~ 5% mod ified ZnO whisker can sign ificantly improve the fireproof performance of the coatings, and the lim it of fire resistanewas increased from 96to 118,water resistance was improved from 28h to 37h, and the adhesion from 045 MPa to 112 MPa.
