摘要: 随着中国经济近几年的快速增长和全球化经济的进一步加快, 中国涂料市场竞争愈加残酷与激烈。企业也都加大了管理力度。其中人力资源管理在企业管理中的作用逐步上升, 甚至直接影响一个企业的生存与发展。本文从涂料企业特别是中小涂料企业容易发生的技术流失(技术人才流失)进行剖析和探讨, 并提出针对性的技术人才管理方案。
