摘要: 采用聚醚二醇、MDI、N - 甲基二乙醇胺 (N - MDEA) 和甲基丙烯酸甲酯 ( MMA )制备含叔胺基聚氨酯。MMA既作为反应体系的稀释剂, 又是制备共聚乳液的反应单体。用甲基丙烯酸中和含叔胺基聚氨酯, 形成阳离子型聚合物, 再用去离子水乳化, 得到阳离子型水性聚氨酯。然后分别用油性引发剂偶氮二异丁腈 ( A IBN )、水性引发剂过硫酸钾 ( KPS)及两种混合引发剂引发丙烯酸酯单体聚合, 制备出具有不同核壳结构的水性聚氨酯 /丙烯酸酯共聚乳液。用 FT- IR、TEM 和粒径分布对所制备的共聚乳液的粒径、形态结构进行了表征。

Abstract: Atertiary polyurethan is prepared with polyetherglyco,l methylense dipheny l- 4, 4- diisocynnate(MDI), methylmethacry late (MMA)and N - methy l diethano lam ine(N-MDEA ). MMA is used either as diluent of the reaction system, or the co- monomer o f emulsion copolymerization. TheMAA is used to neatra lize the tertiary po lyurethane forming cationic polymer, which is further emulsified with deionized water to prepare cationic aqueous polyurethane dispersion which is then polymerized with oil- based initiator (AIBN ) and water- based initiator (KPS) and their combination to prepare the aqueous PU /PA emulsion with various core- shell structures.The particle size and morphology of the copolymer emulsion are characterized by use o f FT- IR, TEM and particle size tester
