摘要: 以甲苯二异氰酸酯 ( TD I)、马来酸酐 (MA)、聚乙二醇 ( PEG400和 PEG1000) 和三乙胺为主要原料, 合成了两种兼有非离子和阴离子性能的可聚合聚氨酯型表面活性剂Ⅰ和Ⅱ, 用 FT- IR以及 1HNMR 对产物的分子结构进行了表征, 同时对其 CM C值、流变特征、浊点和乳化能力等性能进行了测定。结果表明, I的临界胶束浓度为 8.3 X10-3 mo l/L, 此时的表面张力为 38.67 mN /m, Ⅱ的临界胶束浓度为 2.11 X 10-2 mol/L, 此时的表面张力为 31.29 mN /m, 溶液表现为牛顿型流体, 其乳化能力明显优于常用乳化剂 OP- 10。

Abstract: Two polyurethane- based polymerizable surfactants (ⅠandⅡ) were synthesized with 2,4- toluene dissocyanate(TDI), polyethylene glyco l ( PEG400 and PEG1000), male ic anhydride and triethylene amine,which are characterized by FT- IR and1HNMR.Their properties, such as CMC,rheology behavior,clouding point and the ability of emulsification,were studied.The results show that the CMC ofⅠis 8.3 X 10-3 mol/L and surface tension 38.67 mN /m,and the CMC ofⅡ is 2.11 X 10-2 mol/L and surface tension 31.29 mN /m; the so lutions are New tonian fluids and emulsifying ability are superior to that of OP- 10.
