摘要: 聚硅氮烷是一种以 Si—N键为主链的硅基聚合物,结构中含有 Si—H、N—H等具有反应活性的化学键,既有利于其与基材的紧密结合,也可用来接入各类功能性基团以获得不同特性,使其在疏水涂层方面具有重大的应用前景。文章主要聚焦于聚硅氮烷在疏水涂层领域的研究与应用,综述了聚硅氮烷疏水涂层的改性方法及其在防冻疏冰、自清洁、防腐等领域的应用进展。提出通过自修复或添加填料可改善目前聚硅氮烷疏水涂层普遍存在的机械耐久性较差等问题,展望了聚硅氮烷疏水涂层在更多领域的应用,为其后续研究提供了思路。

Abstract: Polysilazane is a silicon-based polymer with Si-N bonds as the main chain,containing reactive chemical bonds such as Si-H and N-H. These reactive chemical bonds are conducive to its close bonding with the substrate and can also be used to integrate various functional groups to obtain different properties,making it have great application prospects in hydrophobic coatings. Focusing on the research and application of polysilazane in the field of hydrophobic coatings,in this paper,the modification methods of polysilazane hydrophobic coatings and their application progress in anti-freezing,anti-fouling,anti-corrosion and other fields were reviewed. It was proposed that self-repairing or adding fillers could improve the poor mechanical durability and other problems commonly found in current polysilazanehydrophobic coatings. The application of polysilazane hydrophobic coating in more fields wasprospected,which provided ideas for the further research.
