 Preparation and performance of self-healing polyurethane coating with UV shielding function

摘要: 在聚氨酯主链中引入芳香族二硫键,制备了一种兼具高自修复率和高紫外吸收的自修复聚氨酯涂层。红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱、动态力学分析、力学测试及修复测试结果表明,R值为 4时聚氨酯拥有优异的自修复效果,样条在 120 ℃下加热 15 min后断裂伸长率的修复率可达 98. 8%,涂层在 120 ℃下加热 5 min划痕完全修复。同时该聚氨酯涂层(膜厚 100 μm)对穿透力较强的 UVA波段
(320~400 nm)有着很强的屏蔽性能,透过率仅为 0. 07%。

Abstract: A self-healing polyurethane material combining high self-healing efficiency,excellent shape memory effect and high UV absorption was prepared by introducing aromatic disulfide bonds into the main chain of the polyurethane. The results of infrared and nuclear magnetic spectroscopy,dynamic mechanical analysis,mechanical test,shape memory and self-healing test showed that the polyurethane with an R value of 4 possessed excellent self-healing effect. The self-healing efficiency of the fracture elongation of the sample after heating at 120℃ for 15 min was up to 98.8%,and the coating was heated at 120 ℃ for 5 min to repair the scratches completely. At the same time,the polyurethane coatings performed a strong shielding performance for the UVA(320-400 nm),which had strong penetrating power,with a transmittance rate of only 0. 07%.
