摘要: 以水性环氧乳液为基体,掺杂改性的石油树脂作为复合乳液,并制备出水性环氧防腐涂料。利用红外光谱仪、激光粒度仪、接触角测量仪、热重分析仪对其结构及性能进行测试表征,同时测试了其干燥时间、耐水性、耐中性盐雾等性能。结果表明:自制的液体石油树脂基水性环氧防腐涂层表干时间和实干时间分别为 26 min和 15 h,力学性能良好, VOC含量仅为 48 g/L,而耐水性和耐中性盐雾试验分别达到 800 h和 840 h,具有良好的耐腐蚀性。

Abstract: A waterborne epoxy corrosion protective coatings was prepared with waterborneepoxy emulsion as the matrix and mixed with amodified petroleum resin used as hybridemulsion. Its structure and properties were characterized by infrared spectrometer,laser particle size analyzer,contact angle measurement and thermo-gravimetric analyzer. Theperformance was also tested in terms of drying time,water resistance and neutral salt fogresistance. The results showed that the tack-freetime and the thorough dry time of the coatingswere 26 min and 15 h,respectively. The mechanical properties were also outstanding with alow VOC content of only 48 g/L. The water resistance and neutral salt fog test reached 800 hand 840 h respectively,demonstrating excellent corrosion resistance performance.
