[Objective]To address the issues of high VOC emissions, high energy consumption, and low production efficiency associated with traditional two-station roof painting processes(basecoat + clearcoat).[Methods]This study introduces a new black lacquer tinting material and systematically sorts out, implements import schemes, and optimizes on-site construction processes to achieve theeffect of replacing the original two-station spraying process with a single-station spraying process.Meanwhile, focusing on the black lacquer tinting process, from matching performance testing,on-site adaptive equipment modification, appearance color adjustment,to surface defect grinding and polishing treatment,as well as abnormal issue handling,a complete set of technical solutions has been developed.[Results]This process technology has successfully achieved stable switching and feeding, significantly reducing VOC emissions and energy consumption, improving production efficiency, while optimizing body appearance quality and enhancing product market competitiveness.[Conclusion] This study proposes targeted solutions, providing practical references and ideas for the optimization and upgradingof automotive coating processes.
