In response to the increasing market demand for color coating products in hightemperature environments，a new type of color high temperature resistant powder coating wassuccessfully developed by using epoxy resin and organic silicone resin as the binders，and optimizing the pigment type，pigment content，thermal stabilizer and organic silicone resincontent. The results showed that the coating still had excellent color stability and integritywithout chalking or cracking at the high temperature of 400 ℃ and under the extreme conditions of direct flame. This technology not only met the strict requirements of the industryfor high-temperature products performance，but also enhanced the market competitiveness andvisual attraction of the products by providing variety of appearance design options.
