Abstract

Graphene-based electrothermal coatings have gained much attention recently because of their good electrothermal conversion efficiency property and characteristics of energy saving and environment protection. Through continuous efforts in the optimization of formulation and processing technology,significant progress of graphene-based electrothermal coatings has been achieved,which indicates potential applications in wide fields and greatly promotes the development of the electric heating field. In this review,we summarize the preparation of graphene-based electrothermal coatings and their application prospects,and also analyze the influential factors of their conductivity and operational stability. Furthermore,the remaining issues and future prospects in the field are briefly discussed.
