Waterborne polyurethane had excellent mechanical properties and weather resistance，but due to the influence of soft segments in its structure，its hardness and wear resistance were poor. In this paper，polyurethane lotion was synthesized with different 
isocyanates，and silicone sol was grafted to obtain silicone sol modified polyurethane lotion.The infrared characterization of the silicone sol modified polyurethane lotion was carried out to explore the influence of silicone sol modification on the mechanical properties and hardness of polyurethane materials. Based on this lotion，the wear-resistant coating of the automotive glass guide channel sealing strip was prepared. The wear-resistant wear，weather resistance，adhesion，water resistance and other properties of the coating were tested. The performance was better than that of the ordinary water-based polyurethane coating，meeting the use requirements of the EPDM rubber glass guide channel sealing strip coating.
