Abstract

Superslippery coating has been widely concerned in the field of anti-pollution,but its surface lubrication is relatively insufficient and the coating is prone to crack during service, resulting in passive failure. In this study,a self-healing superslippery coating with photothermal response was prepared by introducing azophenyl groups and cyclodextrin molecules. The surface lubricity of the coating was adjusted by releasing silicone oil under the action of light to achieve antibacterial properties. In addition, the photothermal isomerization of azobenzene could increase the surface temperature of the coating to 70 ℃ during 300 s,and the repair efficiency of the coating can reach 94. 7% by introducing the interaction of disulfide bond and hydrogen bond. The live and dead bacteria experiments also confirmed the excellent antibacterial properties of the coating surface under the action of light and heat. In summary, the coating indicated efficient self-healing antibacterial properties, and has broad application prospects in marine equipment and other anti-pollution fields.
