The fluorocarbon coatings for solar backsheet bonding layer were prepared byusing fluorocarbon resin,curing agent,pigments,solvents and additives. The influence of types of fluorocarbon resin and curing agent,and the ratio of isocyanate of curing agent and hydroxylgroups in fluorocarbon resin on the properties of bonding layer were studied. The resultsshowed that when a fluorocarbon resin from chlorotrifluoroethylene and vinyl ether,with a middle hydroxyl value was used as binder,and the HDI trimer was used as curing agent,and the NCO / OH molar ratio was 1∶1,a coating with superior overall performance could beobtained. The adhesion after 48 h PCT test was still 0,the yellowing after UV irradiation at 120 kWh/m2 was 0. 68,the adhesion with EVA was 96 N/cm,and the adhesion with EVA after 10 days of double 95 PCT test was 60 N/cm,and the overall performance was satisfied.
