Abstract

In this study,nano-ATO transparent heat-insulating coatings was prepared byblending process using self-made nano antimony tin oxide(ATO)and its aqueous slurry andwaterborne polyurethane as raw materials.Through the study of the heat insulation and lighttransmittance of the nano-ATO coatings,it was shown that the ATO transparent heat insulationcoatings prepared with blending of an aqueous slurry of 25 nm ATO powder prepared by sol-gel method and an aqueous polyurethane SX-240 was featured by its good transparent heat in.sulation performance.When the coatings film thickness was 60 μm,the visible light transmit. tance(λ=600 nm)reached 72.35%,and average infrared transmittance 45.56%,and tempera. ture difference inside of the self-made insulation detection device reached 3~4°C.
