The adhesion of the photovoltaic backsheet bond coat to the encapsulant film(ethylene -vinyl acetate-EVA)is a key factor in determining the package effectiveness of thecomponents.This paper described the investigation of bonding effect of bond coat on EVA film, in terms of the types and condition time of EVA film,as well as the mass ratio of fluorocarbon resin to acrylic resin in the coatings formulation,the type and content of filler,and the thick. ness of coatings.The results showed that the adhesive force between the universal transparentadhesive EVA film and the anti-snail trail adhesive film was better than that of the anti-PID adhesive film.The addition of acrylic resin in the coatings would increase the adhesion betweenthe coatings and EVA,while the organic surface treatment of the matting powder and more fill.ers would reduce the adhesion between the coatings and EVA.The thicker the coatings,the higher the adhesion with EVA film.
