According to the characteristics and requirements of the underwater curinganticorrosive coatings,a graphene modified solventless underwater curing epoxy anticorrosivecoatings was prepared by using bisphenol A and bisphenol F liquid epoxy resins as mainbinders, aliphatic amine B and alicyclic amine A as curing agents, and o-tolyl glycidyl ether as reactive diluent. The samples were applied by air spraying, and the thickness of dry film was up to(23±2)μm,then the properties of the samples were tested. The experimental resultsshowed that the coatings exhibited excellent adhesion and anticorrosive performance andconvenient underwater application. It could be used for the maintenance and construction oflarge-scale facilities in water and in harsh environments such as high temperature, highhumidity and unable to remove rust and fully met the requirements of comprehensiveperformance of coatings for underwater uses.
