The conventional powder coatings is easy to yellowing,peeling off and reducing heat resistance and oil resistance,due to less consideration of long time exposure to hightemperature during formulation design. In this article,different kinds of resins were used to improve the crosslinking density and the physical properties of the coatings. Heat-resistantpigments,TiO2 and curing accelerator were used to improve the heat and oil resistanceresistance performance of products,meeting the requirements from customers,such as common properties,heat resistance,oil resistance,detergent resistance and color retention.
