At present，China's domestic architectural coatings market is the largest in theworld. Every coatings manufacturer competes fiercely in the Chinese architectural paint market. It is of great significance for paint manufacturers to make precise decisions and investments and to improve their business quality by accurately predicting the industry trends.This paper collected the data in the last 12 years of the total output value of construction industry，real estate investment，urban resident population，M2 and GDP that affected the architectural coatings market. By regression analysis，it was concluded that there was a close and positive quantitative relationship between the influencing factors and the production volume of architectural coatings，based on which，it was predicted that the domestic architectural coatings market would develop steadily in the next three years.
