Abstract

A fluorosilicone resin with the average molar mass approx 8x105g/mol and the vinyl content 0. 5% was prepared by using tri(fluoropropyl)methylcyclotrisiloxane(D, F)and Tetravinyl tetramethyl cyclo tetrasiloxane as main materials, vinyl fluoride silicone oil as sealing agent, sodium siloxane alcohol as catalyst. The effects of catalyst content, reaction time and temperature, water content, vinyl content and neutralizing agent on the properties of fit rosilicone resin were investigated. The results showed that the fluorosilicone resin prepared by a reaction of high purity D, F and sodium siloxane alcohol 0.4% at 130±5 ℃ for 60 min exhibited Shore hardness 71HA tear strength 31. 5 KN/m. tensile strength of 8.6 Mpa and elongation at break 404%. which met the market demand.
