Abstract

A natural exposure field was established for the prepared five kinds of thermal reflective insulation coatings and a natural exposure test was conducted for two years. The analysis of the sunlight reflectance, near infrared reflectance, hemispherical emissivity, and lightness value of the thermal reflective insulation coating products of A, B, C, D, E five different compositional systems was conducted. The results showed that the reflective performance before and after natural aging had nothing to do with the type of substrate. After natural aging, the hemispherical emissivity of the sample did not change much. The hemispherical emissivity of the same thermal reflective insulation coating sample is basically between 0.8 and 0.9. The sunlight reflectance of the thermal reflective insulation coatings after 24 months of natural exposure was reduced by more than 30%.
