摘要

【目的】解决自抛光防污涂料中防污剂释放速率不稳定的技术难题。【方法】设计并制备了具有协同缓释功能的松香/苯甲酸改性丙烯酸锌树脂(CTR-Zn50)。通过自由基聚合法合成丙烯酸预聚物,采用氧化锌作为接枝位点,将苯甲酸和松香同时接枝于预聚物侧链。采用傅立叶变换红外光谱仪(FT-IR)、差示扫描量热仪(DSC)和凝胶渗透色谱仪(GPC)等表征了树脂的化学结构及热性能。【结果】当预聚物合成温度 100 ℃、单体滴加时间 3h、松香与苯甲酸物质的量比 1∶1时,制备的改性树脂性能最佳。基于改性树脂制备的自抛光涂层表现出优异柔韧性和稳定持久的铜离子缓释性能。经 260 d浅海挂板测试,涂层表面几乎无污损生物附着,具有显著的海洋防污效果。【结论】上述工作为构建可控释放型环保防污涂料提供了新的材料设计策略。

Abstract

[Objective]To solve the technical challenge of unstable release rate of antifoulingagents in self-polishing antifouling coatings.[Methods]This study designed and prepared a rosin/benzoic acid modified acrylate zinc resin(CTR-Zn50)with synergistic slow-release function.Acrylic acid prepolymers were synthesized by free radical polymerization,and zinc oxide was used as the grafting site to graft benzoic acid and rosin onto the side chains of the prepolymer simultaneously.The chemical structure and thermal properties of the resin were characterized by FT-IR spectrometer,differential scanning calorimetry(DSC) and gel permeation chromatography(GPC).[Results] The self-polishing coating prepared based on modified resin exhibited excellent flexibility and stable andlong-lasting copper ion release performance at a synthesis temperature of 100 ℃,a monomer dropwise addition time of 3 h,and a 1∶1 ratio of rosin to benzoic acid. After 260 d of shallow sea hanging plate testing,the coating surface showed almost no fouling organisms adhering,demonstrating significant marine anti fouling effect.[Conclusion]The above work provided a new material design strategy forconstructing controllable release environmentally friendly antifouling coatings.
