摘要

为了解喷涂工艺过程中粉末涂料的爆炸危险性,通过 Siwek 20L球形爆炸装置对环氧、聚酯以及丙烯酸这 3种常用的粉末涂料进行了爆炸动力学以及热力学参数的实验研究,同时结合热重和 DSC 2种分析方法,比较不同种类粉末涂料爆炸过程的危险性。结果表明: 3种粉末涂料中,丙烯酸
粉末涂料的最大爆炸压力和压力上升速率最大,为 0.730 MPa和 76.0 MPa/s,爆炸危险等级为 St2级;聚酯粉末涂料的最大爆炸压力和压力上升速率最小,为 0.617 MPa和 37.9 MPa/s,爆炸危险等级为 St1级。环氧、聚酯以及丙烯酸粉末涂料的玻璃化转变温度分别为 62 ℃、57 ℃和 58 ℃,在惰性气氛中失质量率分别为 52.9%、98.0%和 97.3%,空气气氛中失质量率均增大。

Abstract

In order to understand the explosion hazard of powder coatings during spraying process,the explosion kinetics and thermodynamic parameters of epoxy,polyester and acrylicpowder coatings were studied by means of Siwek 20L sphere explosive device. At the same time,combined with TG and DSC analysis methods in different atmosphere,the hazard of explosion process of different kinds of powder coatings were compared. The results showed that the acrylic powder coatings showed the highest maximum explosion pressure and pressure rising rate among the three,which were 0. 730 MPa and 76. 0 MPa /s,and the explosion hazard grade was St2 grade. The maximum explosion pressure and pressure rising rate of polyester powdercoatings were the lowest,which were 0. 617 MPa and 37. 9 MPa /s,and the explosion hazard grade was St1 grade. The glass transition temperatures of epoxy,polyester and acrylic powder coatings were 62 ℃,57 ℃ and 58 ℃ rescpevtively. The weight loss rates in inert atmosphere were 52. 9%,98. 0% and 97. 3%. And the air atmosphere could increase the weight loss rate.
