分析了双官能团聚酯树脂的结构及固化反应原理,研究了粉末涂料配方中双官能团聚酯树脂的酸值和羟值、消光剂和填料的种类与含量对粉末涂层消光性能的影响。结果表明:涂层的消光光泽随着双官能团聚酯树脂酸值的升高而升高,而双官能团聚酯树脂羟值的变化对涂层消光光泽影响较小;使用消光固化剂时,填料采用高光钡和沉淀钡消光效果更为优异。
The structure and curing reaction mechanism of the bifunctional polyester resin are analyzed. The effects of acid value and hydroxyl value of bifunctional polyester resin, types and contents of matting agents and fillers on the matting properties of the powder coatings are studied. The results show that the matting property of the coating increases with the increase of the acid value of the bifunctional polyester resin, while the hydroxyl value of the bifunctional polyester resin has little effect on the matting property of the coating. The matting effect is more excellent if using matting curing agent, high light barium sulfate and precipitated barium sulfate.
