以水性沥青为主要成膜物质,配合适量的丙烯酸乳液和滑石粉,制备了具有较强防腐蚀性能的水性沥青金属防腐漆。讨论了乳化沥青的选择、填料种类与用量的选择、浆料中丙烯酸乳液与填料的配比、流变助剂对流挂性能的影响、消泡剂对漆膜外观的影响等。结果表明:选取丙烯酸乳液与滑石粉,两者以质量比1.2∶1混合,且滑石粉用量占漆样18%(质量分数)时,配合一定量的润湿剂、分散剂、消泡剂R,可以制得目标浆料。所得浆料黏度适中,细度符合要求。选取乳化沥青A与浆料,配合消泡剂R、0.2%流变助剂E、0.3%流变助剂F及其他助剂,可制备得到性能优良的水性沥青金属防腐漆。
A kind of waterborne asphalt metal anti-corrosion coating with high anticorrosive performance has been prepared by using waterborne asphalt as main film-forming material and combined with proper acrylic emulsion and talc. Several influential factors on sagging property and film appearance including the type of the emulsified asphalt, the type and amount of the pigment, the mass ratio of acrylic emulsion and the filler and the choice of the rheology agent and defoaming agent, etc. are investigated. It is found that when the mass ratio of acrylic emulsion and talc is 1.2∶1, and the dosage of talc is 18% of the coating, wherein the wetting agent, dispersing agent and defoaming agent R are further mixed to prepare the pre-dispersed composition which shows the desirable viscosity and fineness. Then the emulsified asphalt A is mixed with pre-dispersed composition in addition to the film-forming agent, defoaming agent R, rheological agent E 0.2% and rheological agent F0.3% and other additives to prepare a kind of waterborne asphalt metal anticorrosive coating which shows good comprehensive performance.
