摘要

运用控制变量法,对乳液、消光粉、纤维素及分散剂进行优选,并优化了流变体系的搭配,研制出一种通透性、耐水性优良的水性亚光清漆。结果表明,在(25±2)℃ 时,体系黏度较低,贮存稳定性良好,在(50±2)℃ 贮存30 d 未发生消光粉沉降现象。

Abstract

A waterborne matte varnish for multi-color paint with excellent permeability and water resistance has been prepared via formula optimization of emulsion, matting powder, cellulose and dispersant, etc. by means of control variable method. The testing results show that the matting varnish has a low viscosity at(25±2)℃ and exhibits good storage stability. Furthemore, no sedimentation of matting powder after stored for 30 days at(50±2)℃.
