摘要

以蓖麻油、甘油、己二酸和乙二醇为原料,酯化缩聚合成低黏度的蓖麻油聚酯多元醇,并将该蓖麻油聚酯多元醇与HDI聚异氰酸酯制备无溶剂涂料。研究了醇酸比[n(—OH):n(—COOH)]对蓖麻油聚酯多元醇及其涂层性能的影响。结果表明:在醇酸比为1.32时,蓖麻油聚酯多元醇所制涂层的耐水性、耐冲击性、耐擦伤性、柔韧性等综合性能良好。

Abstract

A castor oil-modified polyester polyol with low viscosity was synthesized via polycondensation by using castor oil, glycerin and adipic acid as raw materials. Then solvent-free coatings were prepared from the modified polyester polyol and HDI polyisocyanate. The effect of the mol ratio of alkyd on the properties of castor oil-modified polyester polyol and its solvent-free coating was investigated. The result showed that when the mol ratio of alkyd was 1.32, the solvent-free coating had good comprehensive properties such as water resistance, impact resistance, scratch resistance and flexibility.
