摘要

用C5石油树脂和顺丁烯二酸酐改性亚麻仁油, 制得水性树脂, 并以该树脂与核壳苯丙乳胶液复配作为成膜物质, 磷酸锌- 氧化锌- 硅溶胶等作为活性颜料, 研制出水性带锈涂料。分析了影响涂料性能的主要因素。该涂料原料资源丰富, 成本较低。

Abstract

C5 petroleum resin andmaleic anhydride modified linseed oil are used to prepare the waterborne resin, which is blended with core / shell styrene-acrylic emulsion as f ilm forming matetial and zinc phosphate, zinc oxide and silia solare used as activated pigments, to formulate thew aterborne over-rust corrosion protect ive coatings. Main factors that in fluence coating s properties are analyzed. This coatings is featured by its widematerials supply and low cost.
