摘要

采用半连续预乳化乳液聚合工艺, 合成了含羧基的丙烯酸酯乳液。通过加入金属盐交联剂醋酸锌, 使羧基离子与金属离子键合形成螯合交联, 研究了羧基含量与加入醋酸锌后不同的n( Zn2+ ) :n(-COOH )对乳液性能的影响, 自交联乳液制得的涂膜铅笔硬度达到2H, 耐水性达96 h以上。

Abstract

The acrylate emulsion with carboxyl group is prepared through a semi-continuous and pre-emulsification polymerization process. In corporation of crosslinking agent zinc acetate will lead the chelation crosslinking between carboxylicion and metalion. The effect of different n ( Zn2+ ):n (-COOH ) and carboxyl group content on the property of emulsion is discussed. A self-crosslinking emulsion is prepared, which shows its pencil hardness 2H and water resistance over 96 h.
