摘要

以正硅酸乙酯( TEOS)和聚乙烯醇( PVA) 为原料, 采用溶胶- 凝胶法制备PVA /S iO2杂化材料, 研究了其制备工艺和作为玻璃板防雾涂层的应用; 通过FT- IR分析证明S i-O-Si的生成及-OH键的保留, 使用分光光度计研究其透光率, 并对不同质量分数( SiO2 )下的雾度、硬度和耐水性进行了讨论。

Abstract

The title PVA/SiO2 hybrid materials with different silicacontent are prepared through the sol-gel process using TEOS and PVA, which are applied onto the transparentmaterials as anti-fogging coatings. Analysis by FT- IR has show n the forming of bond of Si-O-Si and remains of OH group. Its transmittance is measured by use of spectrometor. The anti-fogging property, hardness and water- resistant property of the hybridmaterial at different silica content are discussed.
