摘要

以空心微球开发高品质隔热涂料已引起广泛关注。本文利用传热学基本理论, 探讨了空心微球的结构特性与体积分数对隔热涂层导热性能的影响, 提出了隔热涂层表观导热系数的数学式, 进行了实验验证。结果表明: 该数学模型可用于指导隔热涂料的配方设计以及空心微球的结构优化。

Abstract

Recently, more andmore concerns are focused on the development of the high- quality cenosphere-based thermal insulating coatings. Based upon the basic theory of the heat transfer, this paper discusses the in fluence of cenospheres'structural characteristics and loading volume on the thermal conduction of the therma l insulating coatings film, and provides themathematica lequation about the apparent coefficient of therma l conductivity which is validated in tes.t The result shows that this mathematicalmodel could give some reasonable guidelines to the formulation design of the thermal insulat ing coatings and the structural opt-im ization of the cenospheres.
