摘要: 以二氧化碳多元醇( PPC2000)、十三氟辛醇( TFO)、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯( IPDI)、丙烯酸羟乙酯( HEA)为主要原料,合成了聚碳酸亚丙酯型聚氨酯丙烯酸酯( PPC-IPDI-HEA)和含氟聚氨酯丙烯酸酯( F-PPC-IPDI-HEA)。并将二者混拼,添加光引发剂、活性稀释剂、消光粉和聚酰胺粉末,制备了一系列含氟光固化涂料。利用傅立叶变换红外光谱仪( FT-IR)、核磁共振波谱仪( NMR)对树脂结构进行了表征,并对光固化涂料的双键转化率、吸水率、热稳定性、接触角等进行了测试。结果表明:当光引发剂 1173的用量为 5%时,涂料具有较高的双键转化率( 92%)、良好的热稳定性、优异的耐化学品性;当含氟聚氨酯丙烯酸酯用量达到 5%时,涂层水接触角达 103 °,十六烷接触角 58 °,吸水率仅为 0. 54%,具有良好的疏油性和耐水性。

Abstract: Using CO2-polyol(PPC2000)trifluoro-octanol(TFO)isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI),andhydroxyethylacrylate(HEA)ast,he main raw materials,a,series of fluorinated polyurethane acrylates(F-PPC-IPDI-HEA) and polycarbonate-type polyurethane acrylates(PPC-IPDI-HEA)were synthesized. By blending the two obtained resins,and adding suitable photoinitiators,reactive diluents,matting agents and polyamide powders,a series of fluorinated photocurable coatings were prepared. The resins were characterized using Fourier transforminfrared spectroscopy(FT-IR)and nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy(NMR),and the conversion rate of double bonds,water absorption,thermal stability and contact angles of thephotocurable coatings were tested. The results indicated that when the amount of photoinitiator1173 was 5%,the coatings exhibited a high double bond conversion rate of 92%,good thermal stability and excellent chemical resistance. When the content of fluorinated polyurethane acrylate reached 5%,the water contact angle of the coating reached 103 °,the hexadecane contact angle was 58 °,and the water absorption rate was only 0. 54%,demonstrating good oil repellency and water resistance.
