热浸镀锌钢铁件涂装前表面处理工艺研究

摘要: 为研究热浸锌钢铁件涂装前处理技术及底漆对其复合防护体系防护可靠性的影响,在热浸锌钢铁件表面采用钝化、不钝化、酒精擦拭和喷砂等表面处理方式,随后分别喷涂5种底漆制得试件,对试件进行湿热和盐雾人工加速老化试验,采用拉开法附着力测试方法测得环境试验前后漆膜的粘结强度。研究表明:热浸锌表面适度喷砂表面处理是一种适合大多数底漆的一种通用的方法,含磷酸盐的底漆有助于提高热浸锌表面漆膜的粘结力和增强防腐蚀效果。提出了适合热浸锌喷涂的表面处理方式和底漆选用建议。

Abstract: In order to study the pre-treatment technology of hot-dip galvanized steel and the protective reliability of the primer on the composite protective system, several surlace treatments including passivation, non-passivation, alcohol clean and sandblast were applied. Then the samples were prepared by spraying five kinds of primers respectively. The samples were tested by moisture-thermal and salt spray chamber. In addition, the bond strength of the films before and after the environmental test was measured by the adhesion test. The results showed that the sandblast for surface treatment of hot-dip galvanized steel was a general method for most primers. Phosphate-containing primers could help improve the adhesion and enhance anticorrosive effect of coatings on the surface of hot-dip galvanized steel. The appropriate surface treatment and primer selection of hot dip galvanized steel were also given.
