摘要: 利用空冷塔排烟的"烟塔合一"技术是一项节能环保技术。排烟空冷塔腐蚀环境恶劣,混凝土腐蚀机理复杂。为了防止混凝土腐蚀,保证塔体混凝土结构的耐久性,混凝土表面涂装防腐涂料具有经济、有效、施工便捷的优点,是一种有效防腐手段。通过排烟空冷塔混凝土腐蚀机理分析,从防腐涂料抗碳化、耐酸、附着力、抗氯离子渗透能力、耐老化能力以及耐盐雾性等方面论证,推荐选用环氧树脂底漆、环氧玻璃鳞片中间漆和聚氨酯面漆的防腐方案。

Abstract: The technology of"chimney and cooling tower unification wherein flue gas exhausts via air cooling tower is an energy saving and environmental protection process. The corrosion environment of the exhaust air cooling tower is acute. and the concrete corrosion mechanism is complex. In order to prevent the concrete corrosion and ensure the durability of the concrete structure of the tower. the anticorrosive coating on concrete surface is an effective anticorrosion method, which is characterized by cost-effective and easy-to-use. Combined with the analysis of concrete corrosion mechanism in exhaust air cooling tower, and the evaluation of coating properties including carbonation resistance, acid resistance, adhesion, chlorine anion penetration resistance, aging resistant ability and salt fog resistance, this paper recommends a solution to anticorrosion via selection of epoxy primer, epoxy glass flake intercoat and polyurethane topcoat.
