废旧瓦楞纸箱生化污泥制备外墙涂料的可行性研究

Study on Formula of Emulsion Type Exterior Wall Coatings Prepared by OCC Biochemical Sludge

摘要: 对废旧瓦楞纸箱(OCC)制浆造纸废水处理产生的生化污泥(OCC 生化污泥)制备乳液型建筑外墙涂料的技术可行性进行了初步研究,结果表明,制备 OCC 生化污泥外墙涂料的基础配方为:OCC 生化污泥 27.78%(质量分数,下同),聚丙烯酸酯胶乳 16.67%,羧甲基纤维素(CMC)0.67%,去离子水 54.88%。 采用 GB / T 9755—2014 对制备产品的相关性能测试表明,容器中状态、施工性、涂膜外观、耐水性均达到标准要求;干燥时间为 1.03 h、附着力为 0 级、耐人工气候老化性(氙灯照射时间)≥300 h,上述指标均满足国家标准要求,同时,涂膜硬度达到 4H,属于较高水平。 研究表明,OCC 生化污泥在制备外墙涂料方面具有较好的应用潜质。

Abstract: The technical feasibility for preparing exterior wall coatings using biochemical sludge(OCC biochemical sludge)which is generated in corrugated paper mills is described. The mass ratio of main raw material for preparing the coatings can be expressed as follows: bi-ochemical sludge is 27. 78 wt%, polyacrylate latex is 16. 67 wt%, sodium carboxymethyl cel-lulose is 0.67 wt%, and deionized water is 54. 88 wt%. The coatings is tested and the result shows that coating is qualified to the requirements of GB/T 9755-2014 in terms of its storage state in container, coatability, film appearance, water resistance, drying time(1.03 h),ad-hesion( grade 0)and weatherability(2300 h). In addition, the coating shows a high hard- ness(4H). It is revealed that OCC biochemical sludge has good potential application in prep-aration of exterior wall coatings.
