摘要: 以聚己内酯二元醇、脂环族二异氰酸酯为主要原料,二羟甲基丁酸(DMBA)为亲水性扩链剂,丁二醇为小分子扩链剂,硅烷偶联剂及三羟甲基丙烷为内交联剂,碳酸锆铵为外交联剂,采用丙酮法成功合成了固含量≥50%的水基羧酸型含锆盐的水性聚氨酯(WPU)乳液。 通过红外光谱(FT-IR)及核磁共振氢谱(1H NMR)对试样的结构进行了表征。 考察了 DMBA 用量、碳酸锆铵用量对 WPU乳液及胶膜性能的影响。 结果表明:当 DMBA 的用量为 6.02%、碳酸锆铵的用量为 0.74%时,乳液粒径及黏度适中,胶膜的耐水性和热稳定性较佳,拉伸强度可达 34.92 MPa,断裂伸长率为 222.16%。

Abstract: Waterborne carboxylic carboxylic polyurethane emulsions containing zirconium salt were prepared through acetone method, using polycaprolactone polyol and alicyclic diiso-cyanate as raw materials, 2, 2-dimethylolb acid (DMBA) as hydrophilic chain extender, butanediol as small molecular chain extender, silane coupling agent and trimethylol-propane as internal crosslinking agents and zirconium salt as external crosslinking agent.The structure of WPU was characterized by FT-IR andH NMR. The effects of the content of DM-BA and zirconium salt on the properties of the cured film were investigated. The results showed that the particle size and viscosity of emulsion were moderate, meanwhile, the water resistance and thermal stability of the cured film were optimal when the DMBA content was 6. 02% and the content of zirconium salt was 0.74%. Specifically, the tensile strength reached 34.92 MPa and the elongation at break reached 222. 16%.
