正十六胺对环氧浸渍涂料的改性研究

 Study on Epoxy Dipping Paint Modified with 1-Hexadecylamine

摘要: 以正十六胺为增韧改性剂,得到一系列改性环氧树脂E-51,用其制备了柔韧性良好的改性环氧浸渍涂料;测试了涂膜的柔韧性、耐冲击性、断裂面结构形貌及耐盐雾性等。结果表明,当参与反应的正十六胺的质量为环氧树脂质量的7.14%,所制备的涂膜柔韧性达到1mm,耐冲击性56cm(比未经改性的涂膜提高了40.0%),耐盐雾性达672h。涂膜断裂面形貌显示,改性环氧树脂制备的涂膜明显表现为韧性断裂,而未改性的环氧树脂制备的涂膜则表现为脆性断裂。该涂料配方中不需添加增韧助剂,以该改性环氧树脂为原料即可制得性能良好的柔性环氧浸渍涂料。

Abstract: A kind of epoxy dipping paint with good flexibility was prepared by using the epoxy resin modified with 1-hexadecylamine as the film-forming substance. The flexibility, impact strength, scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and salt fog resistance of the coating made by this paint were studied. The results showed that the flexibility and salt fog resistance of the coating made by modified epoxy dipping paint reached 1mm and 672 h respectively, and its impact strength reached a maximum of 56 cm which was 40.0% higher than that of the unmodified coating when the amount of the 1-hexadecylamine was 7.14% of the weight of epoxy resin.SEM analysis of the coating facture surface showed that the modified coating appeared obvious ductile fracture while the unmodified coating appeared brittle fracture. By using this modified epoxy resin, the epoxy dipping paint could achieve good flexibility without any other toughening agents added therein.
