摘要： 综述了UV固化涂料应用于汽车内饰的基本情况,指出双重固化工艺在汽车内饰产品上的独特优势。同时对这类涂料在耐刮擦性、耐候性等测试中出现的耐刮擦性能不足、开裂、起泡等主要失效情况进行了较为细致的分析。结合UV固化涂料特性与失效分析,提出了在涂料体系选择、注塑、喷涂工艺控制方面的建议

Abstract: This paper gives an introduction of Uv-curing coatings that applied in automotive interior parts. It is indicated that the dual curing system process has unique advantages.The main film failure problems such as insufficient scratch resistance, cracks and blisters that appeare in the scratch resistance and weather resistance tests for UV-curing coatings are analyzed in detail. Based on the characteristic of UV-curing coatings and film failure analysis, the advices of coating system selection, injection, painting process control are given.
