摘要: 分别以不同相对分子质量的聚碳酸酯二元醇(PCDL)与六亚甲基二异氰酸酯(HDI)合成了聚碳酸酯基聚氨酯预聚体(PCDL-PU),将该预聚体分别和六亚甲基二异氰酸酯半封端的酰脲嘧啶酮单体(UPy-NCO)、甲基丙烯酸异氰基乙酯(ICEMA)进一步反应,最终制得一系列光固化自修复聚氨酯树脂(PCDL-PU-UPy)。采用傅里叶红外光谱(FT-IR)、核磁共振波谱仪(H-NMR)测试了PCDL-PU-UPy的结构;采用凝胶渗透色谱测试了PCDL-PU-UPy的相对分子质量。结果表明:目标产物被成功制备。此外,以PCDL-PU-UPy为基体树脂,加入光引发剂、溶剂制备了一系列光固化自修复聚氨酯涂层。用实时红外光谱、超景深三维显微镜、热重分析仪、光泽仪、摆杆硬度测量仪等对涂层的自修复性能、热性能以及其他基本性能进行了表征,结果表明:涂层的自修复效果明显,光泽高,并具有优异的附着力和耐热性,PCDL2000制备的聚氨酯涂层综合性能最佳。

Abstract: A polycarbonate-based PU prepolymer(pcdl-pu)was prepared by polycarbonate diol with different molecular weight and hexamethylene diisocyanate( HDI), then the prepolymer was reacted with hexamethylene diisocyanate half-blocked acylpyrimidinone monomer(upy-nco)and isocyanatoethyl methacrylate(ICEMA)respectively to obtain a series of Uv-cured self-healing polyurethane( PCDL-PU-UPY). The structure of PCDL-PU-UPY was determined by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (ft-ir) and nuclear magnetic resonance spectrometer(h-nmr). The molecular weight of PCDL-PU-UPY was determined by gel-permeation chromatograph. It was concluded that the product was prepared successfully addition, the Uv-cured self-healing polyurethane coatings were prepared by deseries of coating formulations with PCDL-PU-UPY, photoinitiator and solvent. The self-healing property, thermal stability, gloss and pendulum hardness of the coating were characterized by real time infrared spectroscopy, ultra-deep field 3D microscopy, thermogravimetric analyzer, glossy instrument and pendulum hardness tester respectively. The results showed that it had excellent self-healing ability, adhesion, gloss and thermostability, especially for the coating based on PCDL 2000.
