摘要: 研究了通过特殊乳液聚合法制备的水性丙烯酸酯-环氧树脂杂化乳液的性能及应用。 结果表明:与传统水性环氧树脂相比,该杂化乳液具有较快的干燥速度、较长适用期、良好的耐候性、较低VOC 含量以及相当的耐盐雾性。 指出了该杂化乳液在金属防腐及地坪领域的潜在应用价值。

Abstract: A waterborne acrylate-epoxy hybrid emulsion is prepared by a special emulsion polymerization, and its properties and applications have been described. Compared to the tra-ditional two-component waterborne epoxy coatings, the hybrid emulsion shows fast-drying process, long pot life, high weatherablity low VOC and good slat spray resistance. In addi-tion, its potential applications in metal protection and floor coating are also discussed.
