耐热持久疏水涂层的制备及其性能研究

摘要: 以具有较低表面张力的 β-七甲基三硅氧烷基-乙基三甲氧基硅烷(β-HTEOs)为改性组分,通过浸渍提拉法制备聚硅氧烷疏水涂层。 采用气相色谱-质谱连用、傅里叶红外光谱仪、热重分析仪、接触角测试等手段对 β-HTEOs 结构和涂层性能进行表征。 结果表明:以 β-HTEOs 作为改性组分制备的涂层具有优异的疏水性能和一定耐热性。 同时,高温有利于涂层中未交联的Si—OH继续交联,使涂层与水的静态接触角均升高,涂层表现出较好的不粘持续性。

Abstract: A B-heptamethyl-trimethoxysilyl-ethyl-tris(B-HTEOS )having a lower surface tension was used as a modifier to prepare a polysiloxane hydrophobic coating via the dip-coating method. The coating properties and the construct of B-HTEOs were characterized by GCMS, FT-IR, TGA and contact angle tester, etc. The results showed that the coating modified with B-HTEOs had excellent hydrophobic property and heat resistance. Meanwhile, the high temperature could allow the Si-OH that did not crosslink yet in the coating to be fur-ther crosslinked. which enabled an increase of static water contact angle and durable anti-sticking performance.
