摘要: 以1,6-己二异氰酸酯(HDI)三聚体、1H,1H,2H,2H-十三氟-1-辛醇(TFOA)、甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEMA)、1,6-己二醇(HDO)为主要原料合成制备了氟化聚氨酯丙烯酸酯(FPUA)。通过红外光谱对FPUA的结构进行了表征,并研究了FPUA的固化性能、疏水防污性能、机械性能、相容性等。研究结果表明:FPUA固化速度快、疏水防污性能和机械性能良好,与树脂或单体的相容性优异。

Abstract: A fluorinated polyurethane acrylate(FPUA) was prepared based on 1, 6-hexa-methylene diisocyanat (HDI )trimer, 1H, 1H, 2H, 2h-tridecafluoro-1-octanol(TFOA) hydroxyethyl methylacrylate(HEMA )and 1, 6-hexanediol( HDO). The structure of FPUA was characterized by FT-IR. The curing performance, water resistance, anti-fouling property, mechanical property and compatibility of FPUA were studied. The results showed that the FPUA Curing speed was fast,the hydrophobic and anti-fouling properties and mechanical performance were good, and the compatibility with other resins was excellent
