摘要: 水性3C1B是一种"三涂一烘"工艺,以"湿碰湿"方式进行预喷涂、色漆和清漆喷涂的集成化汽车涂装工艺,在设备、材料、环保等多方面都具备优势。文中重点介绍了利用显微镜分析水性3C1B汽车涂装工艺预喷涂层"黑点"缺陷的形状及类型。根据缺陷类型从材料、膜厚、喷涂工艺、预烘干工艺等方面分析研究缺陷产生的原因,从而确定各影响因素的主次。针对主次因素提出了多种应对方案,解决了预喷涂层的"黑点"缺陷。

Abstract: The waterborne 3C1B automotive painting process standing for three coatings and one baking process is an integral automotive coating process of precoating,basecoat and varnish via a wet-on-wet method, showing its advantages in terms of coating facilities, materials and environment compliance, etc In this article, the morphology and type of the film defect"black spots "on surface of precoating have been introduced in particular by means of microscope. Meanwhile, the causes of the film defect are analyzed in terms of coating materials film thickness, spraying process and prebaking process, etc, which confirm the main influential factors. Various solutions are given accordingly to solve the film defect "black spots.
