摘要: 采用己二酸己二醇酯(POL-556t)、磺酸盐接枝聚酯多元醇(BY3305)、多亚甲基多苯基异氰酸酯(PM-200)和六亚甲基二异氰酸酯(HDI)为主要起始原料,以磺酸盐/二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)为复合亲水改性剂,环氧树脂(E-44)为交联改性剂,合成了一种固含量为45%的水性聚氨酯乳液,并用于制备ABS塑料底漆。研究了软硬段分子结构、E-44用量等对涂层力学性能、吸水率等性能的影响,并通过傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)对其化学结构进行了表征。结果表明:当n(BY3305)∶n(POL-556t)=6∶4、n(PM-200)∶n(HDI)=1∶6、w(E-44)=2.0%、w(DMPA)=5.0%时,涂膜可在60℃下30 min实干,对ABS基材的附着力0级、铅笔硬度HB~1H、柔韧性2 mm、光泽95。

Abstract: A waterborne polyurethane(WPU)with 45g solid content has been prepare from polyester diol(pol-556t), sulfonate grafted polyol (BY3305), PM-200/HDI mixture as raw materials, DMPA as hydrophilic composite modifier and E-44 as crosslinking agent The WPU is further used to prepare a primer for ABS substrate. The influence of soft/hard segment structure and E-44 content on the comprehensive properties of the WPU hacussed. In addition, the chemical structure is also characterized by means of FT-IR. The results indicate that the WPU emulsion has a good adhesion(0 grade) on surface of ABS plastic, pencil hardness(hb-1h), flexibility(2mm)and gloss (95%)as satisfying the condiions:n(BY3305)/n(POL-556t)=6/4,n(PM-200)/n(HDI)=1:6,E-4=2.0wt%and DMPA=5. Owt%, furthermore, the coating can be dried quickly at 60℃ within 30 minutes.
