高性能反射隔热弹性涂料的研究

摘要: 制备了反射隔热弹性涂料,分析了涂膜厚度、颜基比、钛白粉的粒径大小及含量、空心玻璃微珠等对反射隔热弹性涂料的太阳反射比的影响,同时研究了陶瓷粉含量对半球发射率的影响。 实验结果表明:当涂膜厚度为 480 μm,钛白粉含量为 30%且粒径为 100~800 nm,陶瓷粉含量为 4%,空心玻璃微珠含量为 10%时,可制得太阳反射比为0.891 4,半球发射率为0.89的高性能反射隔热弹性涂料。

Abstract: The influence of film thickness pigment/binder rato, particle size and content of titanium dioxide, and hollow glass bead, etc on the solar reflectance of reflective heat-in-sulation coatings was investigated. Meanwhile, the influence of ceramic powder content on the hemispherical emissivity was analyzed. The result showed that the high performance reflective heat-insulation coatings comprising titanium dioxide 30wt. % having particle size range of 100-900 nm, ceramic powder 4wt.% and hollow glass microsphere 10wt.% was prepared and its cured film with thickness 480 μm gave the solar reflectance 0. 891 4 and hemisphere emissivity 0. 89 respectively.
